I have designed these different coaching levels to cater for everyone’s individual needs. At any time, you can contact me in order to customize the coaching programs if necessary. Each of these programs are highly individualized for the athlete, written, using my experience as a professional cyclist at the elite level. I will listen to your needs and your feedback, give you educated advice, and make calculated decisions on which direction your training needs to take. Further to this, the DayByDay Cycle Coaching portal will help to educate you in various ways to further your fitness and knowledge of your body. I will be there to push you and motivate you, and to congratulate you on achieving your successes.
The most comprehensive tool for cycle training is a power meter. I would encourage everyone, if they have the means, to purchase one of these systems and you can consult with me on what is best for your needs. If this is not possible, a heart rate monitor will suffice and these are relatively inexpensive.
Coaching levels Self Coach1 - 1 month program: Receive a 1 month individualized program, written in advance with specific fitness or race orientated goals in mind. This program includes a goal planning discussion and a post goal meeting for guidance/feedback via phone or email as well as access to trainingpeaks for one month. $100
Self Coach3 - 3 month program: Receive a 3 month individualized program written in advance with specific fitness or race orientated goals in mind. This program includes a goal planning discussion, once monthly communication and a post goal meeting for guidance and feedback via phone or email as well as access to trainingpeaks for three months. $270
Dedicated Athlete Program – Monthly: Receive an individualized program written month to month that includes an initial goal planning discussion, one review and modification per month if necessary, analysis of heart rate/power files, up to 1 hour of communication via phone/email/text or face-to-face when possible, as well as access to trainingpeaks each month. $200/month
Professional Program – Monthly: Receive an individualized program written month to month that includes an initial goal planning discussion, up to 4 reviews and modifications per month if necessary, analysis of heart rate/power files, up to 2 hours of communication via phone/email/text or face-to-face when possible as well as access to trainingpeaks each month. $250/month
DaybyDay Program - Monthly: The ultimate level in Coach/Athlete interaction. Your individualized training program is written monthly to align you with your own personal fitness or race orientated goals, receive twice-weekly reviews with unlimited program modifications via phone/email/text or face-to-face when possible, receive up to 3 hours of communication with coach including analysis of heart rate/power files and access to trainingpeaks each month. $325/month
